Replacement of the Intake Manifold Gasket

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra G - Years 1998-2006

Before applying the new gasket to the intake manifold, clean the seating area thoroughly, removing any dirt and deposits to ensure perfect adhesion and to eliminate leaks that could compromise engine performance. Once cleaning is complete, position the gasket and then the manifold, and tighten the fixing bolts using a properly calibrated torque wrench, following a cross-tightening pattern. The perfect adhesion of the gasket does not require the application of any sealant.
