Instructions for Removing the Rear Light

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra G - Years 1998-2006

Removing the rear light is very simple and does not require special tools; once the boot is opened, remove the protective carpet located on the side, just behind the light; at this point, you can see the two plastic nuts that secure the light to the bodywork; unscrew the two nuts, pull the light away from its housing, disconnect the power connector and complete the removal. During the installation of the new light, first connect the plug, check the operation of all bulbs, and then proceed with securing it to the bodywork by tightening the respective nuts.
