In this tutorial, learn how to replace the remote key shell provided with many Opel models. For this simple and quick operation, you will need a small flathead screwdriver and, of course, the correct replacement. First, press the top button and extend the emergency key, then lever on the right edge to unlock the battery cover. Next, remove the battery, separate the two halves of the remote using the screwdriver, and take out both the internal circuit and the key. At this point, transfer everything to the replacement shell and follow the reverse procedure.
