Engine Air Filter Replacement

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra J - Years 2009-2016
Part: Air filter

The engine air filter housing is located at the front left of the engine bay (when facing the front): to extract the filter, it is advisable to disconnect the intake duct hose by loosening the relevant clamp and unclipping the metal tabs; once the cover is removed, extract the old filter, remove any dirt residue from inside the box, ensuring that no debris enters the intake duct, and position the new filter, ensuring the seal fits perfectly; finally, reposition the cover, secure it with the clips, and reattach the hose.
