How to Replace the Battery in the Opel Astra J Series

This guide shows how to replace the battery in the Opel Astra J series. The first step is to remove the battery retaining bar and the negative terminal. Next, from the connector box on the positive terminal, unscrew the three fixing bolts and the electrical connection plates. Remove the connector box and detach the connector. Remove the front cover of the battery by acting on the small hook at the base of the battery housing; pull out the old battery. Install the new battery and reassemble everything in position, then check the correct operation of the system.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
