This guide shows how to replace the battery in the Opel Astra J series. The first step is to remove the battery retaining bar and the negative terminal.

Next, from the connector box on the positive terminal, unscrew the three fixing bolts and the electrical connection plates. Remove the connector box and detach the connector.

Remove the front cover of the battery by acting on the small hook at the base of the battery housing; pull out the old battery. Install the new battery and reassemble everything in position, then check the correct operation of the system.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
