How to Remove the Headrest from the Opel Astra J

In this video, you will see how to remove the headrest from the Opel Astra J: first, turn the bases of the headrest counter-clockwise to reveal the two safety buttons that need to be pressed down. Then, push the headrest upwards, and while continuing to push upwards, press the second button down. You may need a screwdriver or something sharp, as it is a very small button. Now you can pull up the headrest by grabbing the two metal supports. To refit it, simply insert it into its supports and turn the bases of the headrest back.
