This tutorial shows how to remove the ignition cylinder on an Opel Corsa, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure the vehicle is off, then unclip the upper cover of the steering column. Using a cross-head screwdriver, unscrew the fastening screws of both control levers. Once done, remove the lower cover of the column, locate the small hole on the upper part of the ignition cylinder, and insert a small screwdriver to unlock the retaining clip. At this point, you can remove the cylinder and fit the replacement if necessary.
