In this video, we see how to read error codes on the dashboard of an Opel/Vauxhall Corsa C: if the engine light comes on, even if it is a yellow/orange light, it would be better to stop the car and understand what problem it is indicating in the following way. Press both feet on the brake and accelerator pedals and keep them pressed. Turn on the ignition but do not start the engine. The codes are made up of 4 digits and the car signals them by flashing. 10 flashes indicate a zero, while the other numbers are signaled normally. There are short pauses between each digit; there are long pauses (about 3 seconds) between each code. The decoding of the codes can be found on specific apps.
