In this video, see how to change the grille of the Opel Astra K version without removing the bumper. First, remove the six expansion rivets; for this operation, you will need a flathead screwdriver. Remove the cover and pull up the air intake. Now, you need to remove another five expansion rivets, which will allow you to take off another mask. To create more space, remove the six screws on the bodywork. On the lower side, there are four tabs marked with white chalk. Press them back, and with great care, lift the bodywork. Be gentle when pushing back the tabs to free the part, as shown in the video. Finally, there is a clip on the sides of the grille as well. Moving on to the new one: a very similar one can be found on eBay with code 314211117694, priced at £84.23, including shipping, and for the installation, do everything in reverse order.
