How to Replace the Remote Battery in the Opel Astra?

As shown in this tutorial, replacing the battery in the remote of the Opel Astra J is an extremely simple and quick task. You will need a small flathead screwdriver and a replacement CR2032 battery. First, press the button on the top of the remote and extend the emergency metal key, then lever in the gap just opened and separate the rear cover. At this point, simply remove the old battery, place the replacement in the correct orientation, and reassemble everything.
