In this video tutorial, you will see the main instructions on how to remove and replace the cooling radiator of the Opel Astra 1.7 CDTI. First, open the bonnet and start unscrewing all the fixing screws to remove the front bumper; then disconnect the coolant hose, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes, as shown in the video.

Next, unscrew the radiator bracket screws, removing it from the engine; now clean or replace it, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
