Model: Vauxhall Corsa Corsa D - Years 2006-2014
Part: Battery
Operation: How to change the battery of an Opel Corsa

In this video tutorial, we can see how to replace the battery of an Opel Corsa car. First of all, we need to unlock the hood, lift it and secure it in position using the appropriate rod. At this point, we will have access to the engine compartment and therefore to the battery. To remove the battery, we must first release it from the securing bar, to do this we can use a socket wrench to unscrew the securing nuts. Once the bar is removed, we must unscrew the securing nuts of the terminals and disconnect first the negative terminal and then the positive terminal. At this point, we can remove the battery and proceed with the replacement by inserting the new battery in the appropriate compartment and connecting first the positive terminal and then the negative one. Finally, we secure the battery to the locking bar by screwing the nuts removed earlier.
