Follow these simple instructions to disassemble and replace the shell of the key for the Opel Astra, opening the remote. First, take the key in hand and start by removing the plastic rear cover.

Then, lever on the side slot to split the remote into two parts, as shown in the video. At this point, you will be able to access the electronic board and the battery, repairing the controls if necessary; replace the remote shell, then reassemble all the internal components in order (from the electronic board to the key).
