How do you replace the battery of the Opel Astra?

The battery replacement procedure on the Opel Astra is carried out by folding down the backrests of the rear seats, so that the trunk panel located immediately behind the seats can be identified: here it will be possible to detach it and access the underlying battery. The latter can be removed from its seat by disconnecting the power cables and loosening the fixing screws: at this point it will be possible to insert the new battery, connecting the power cables and securing it to its housing with the screws, finally covering everything with the panel.
