How to Replace the Rear Light on an Opel Insignia

To begin, open the boot lid to access the rear compartment where the fixings for each individual light are located on either side of the boot. Remove the hard plastic trim secured with a clip at the back. Now, unscrew the two black hard plastic butterflies to release the light, which you should hold from the other side. Pull the light towards you and disconnect the connectors at the back to finally remove it. This way, you can carry out the necessary replacements and reassemble everything.
