Included in the list of operations to perform during the service of the Peugeot 3008 MK1 is the replacement of the engine air filter. To do this, open the front bonnet, locate the filter box at the centre near the fire shield, remove the cover by unfastening the side lock and loosening the three screws that secure the cover with a Torx 25 insert.

Remove the old filter element, clean the seat with a vacuum cleaner, and fit the new filter ensuring the rubber edge adheres well. Refit the cover by inserting the rear tabs first, tighten the screws, reattach the side lock, and finally replace the panel.
