How to change the battery of a Peugeot key

In this video, we will see how to change the battery of a Peugeot car key. The first thing to do is to remove the physical key from the remote control body, in order to create space to pry open the remote control from the inside and separate the two halves of the body. Lift the part with the lion logo, and underneath we will find the button battery, which we will remove by prying it from below with a small screwdriver. It is a common CR2032 battery that can be easily found at any supermarket. Place the new battery in its place, paying attention to the polarity, and then close the body. We can put the security key back in place, the operation is complete.
