In this video, we see how to act if the rear windshield wiper of the Peugeot 3008 does not work: in this case, every time we press the button to open the tailgate, the windshield wiper moves forward one notch, so it was necessary to remove the internal cover of the tailgate to access the wiring. We need to insert a ground jumper between the wiring and the trunk shock absorber. It was found that the fault was inside the flexible cable that carried the electrical wires inside the tailgate, and the suspicion was that these wires had been cut by the opening/closing movement of the tailgate itself, but this was not the case. The youtuber still reconnected the ground cable and then the rear windshield wiper started working again.
