How to replace the battery of a Peugeot 308?

To replace the battery of a Peugeot 308, open the hood and locate the battery compartment, which is located on the right side of the engine. Remove any plastic covers or protections that may be hiding it. Loosen the negative terminal clamp using a wrench, then remove it and set it aside. Proceed in the same way with the positive terminal clamp. Loosen the battery securing bracket, often fastened with a screw or clamp. Carefully remove the old battery and replace it with the new one, making sure to respect the polarity. Secure the bracket again and reconnect the terminals, starting with the positive terminal and ending with the negative. Check that all connections are secure, then reapply any covers and close the hood.
