The YouTuber tries holding down the menu + audio power buttons for 10 to 15 seconds, but it doesn't work, so they must proceed to a hard reset by removing the fuse located in the box under the steering wheel.

Locate the F20 fuse (which may vary depending on the production year). Turn off the car by removing the key from the ignition, open the fuse box, identify the fuse related to the multimedia screen, remove it with the tweezers found in the box, wait 15 to 20 minutes for the system to fully discharge, reinsert the fuse, and restart the car. If the problem persists, a software update at a garage may be necessary.
