Turn off the car by removing the key from the ignition, open the fuse box, identify the fuse related to the multimedia screen, remove it with the tweezers found in the box, wait 15 to 20 minutes for the system to fully discharge, reinsert the fuse, and restart the car. If the problem persists, a software update at a garage may be necessary.
