How to Reset the Service Light on a Peugeot 2008

Model: Peugeot 2008 MK 1 - Years 2013-2019

This procedure is only valid for models with a full-screen digital instrument cluster as shown in the video. Models with an analogue dial use a different procedure. Turn on the ignition and use the 'menu' button to navigate until you see the screen displaying 'service warning' with the counter indicating the kilometres and days remaining until the next service. Hold down the 'ok' button for 10-15 seconds while using your other hand to switch off the instrument cluster. Release the 'ok' button. Press the start button again to turn on the ignition, and a dialog box will appear asking 'Reset maintenance counter?' Confirm with 'ok': the service light should disappear, and the mileage and time counters should reset to their maximum values.
