Removing the Steering Wheel Airbag on Peugeot 307

Replacing the steering wheel airbag on a Peugeot 307, here’s how to disassemble and change it. Disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine compartment. Release the securing clips of the steering wheel cover with a screwdriver (if there are screws, remove them from the plastics). Once the airbag is released (driver's side), disconnect the power connectors and extract it from the steering wheel. For reassembly of the airbag, connect the power connectors, then press it onto the steering wheel and engage the locking clips. Reconnect the battery terminals located in the engine compartment.
