How to replace the battery in the key of a Peugeot 108? To replace the key battery, separate the plastic covers. Use a screwdriver to pry between the two covers of the key: pry until the cover separates from the rest of the key, then remove the worn battery with a small screwdriver. Insert a new battery into the key: press on the key case until you hear it click into place. Close the key with the cover flap: secure the key flap. Test the key's functionality.
