Removing the Centre Console on a Peugeot 206

Model: Peugeot 206 MK 1 - Years 1998-2012

To start, remove the entire lower frame of the climate control area, then take off the rubber parts (cup holder and can holder) and the plastic structure located beneath the rubber parts. Now unscrew the two side Torx screws on the tunnel and the central screw that we have 'uncovered' thanks to the previous removals. Remove the small waste drawer. Now you can gently pull the plastic of the tunnel upwards, remembering to disconnect all wiring (the one related to the rear airbag will be a bit tricky). With this procedure, if necessary, you can also replace the 12V socket near the gear lever, which will now be clearly visible.
