To remove the cylinder head gasket from the Peugeot 307 1.4 petrol, first remove the engine cover and position the timing pins as shown in the video: pin 8 on the camshaft pulley and pin 6 on the engine flywheel. Once everything is locked in place, loosen the belt by removing the tensioner. The next step is to loosen the captive bolts in the order shown in the video and tap the cylinder head until it separates. Once the head is detached, you can remove the old gasket and replace it with a new spare part.
