To replace the diesel filter of the Peugeot 2008, open the bonnet to access the engine bay; then, using a flathead screwdriver, remove a rivet located at the bottom of the engine bay on the plastic cover. This will allow you to remove a pipe that obstructs access to the filter housing; once the pipe is removed, the diesel filter cap will be visible, which must be removed to access the filter. Once the cap is removed, the old filter can be replaced with a new spare part, and all previously removed parts can be reassembled.
