Raise the hood and secure it, working with the engine off and the handbrake on. The battery is located on the driver's side, therefore on your right if you are facing from the outside towards the passenger compartment. It is essential to remember that we always start by unscrewing and therefore disconnecting the negative pole, passing only afterwards to the positive. To do this, use a 10mm socket wrench. Lift the red cover of the positive pole and disconnect it as well. Lift and remove the battery by grabbing it by the handle. Clean the two poles before installing the new battery by proceeding in reverse.
