Front Bumper Replacement

Model: Peugeot 406 MK 1 - Years 1995-2005

Lift the vehicle with a jack, remove the front wheels, and unscrew all the bolts. The anchor points are distributed around the bumper, underneath the vehicle, and behind the wing. Using a ratchet spanner, start removing the screws inside the engine bay. Remove the two headlamp units. You can now carefully detach the entire bumper. Start by lifting one corner, then unclip all the plastic retaining clips. For fitting the new bumper, proceed in reverse order. After positioning the bumper at the front of the vehicle, push firmly on the edges to engage the plastic clips. Refit all the screws.
