Removing Injectors from a Peugeot 406 1.6 HDi

In this guide, learn how to remove and replace the injectors on a Peugeot 1.6 HDi, as well as on other models from the manufacturer with the same engine. First, open the engine bonnet of your car and remove the air intake hose by disconnecting the turbo pipes; then remove the upper plastic cover by unscrewing the screws, and disconnect the electrical connectors of the four injectors. At this point, use a socket wrench to remove the injectors; then replace them with new ones, screwing them in by hand first and then tightening!
