Today, we will outline the main steps for dismantling and replacing the clutch on the Peugeot 406 2.0 HDi. First, open the bonnet and begin by removing the air filter box, loosening the screw of the intake hose clamp; then disconnect the clutch cable located underneath.

Next, raise the vehicle and remove the front left wheel, subsequently disconnecting the front driveshaft from the gearbox.

Proceed to remove the clutch cover, replacing the clutch and, if necessary, the flywheel, following the video tutorial until the end.
