Operation: How to reset the engine service light on the Peugeot 3008

In order to reset the orange service light of the Peugeot 3008 it is necessary to carry out the following procedure. Open the door on the driver's side and access the driver's seat, turn the ignition key and turn on the ignition (do not start the engine). Locate the button on the dashboard between the tachometer and odometer (below the digital display), press and hold it for ten seconds. The count down indication appears on the display and when the timer has reached zero release the key. To check that the service light has actually been reset by switching the ignition off and on again.

How to replace the Ford Transit key battery

Below I will explain how to replace the remote control key battery on the car, take a small screwdriver and pry the rear part of the remote control, (where there is the ring), at which point unhook the back cover and yes will have access to the compartment containing the battery. Always with the help of the small screwdriver, proceed to make the va and lift the battery out of the housing. Then take the new battery (check the type) and place it on the housing, always making sure to position it with the positive pole facing upwards. Finally, close the back cover by re-hooking it to the key.
