In this video tutorial, see how to reset the maintenance light on a Peugeot 508 by following simple steps that will help you work independently. Before resetting the service light, it is advisable to change the oil and filter. After performing the DIY service, get in the vehicle, insert the key, and turn on the ignition. When all the lights are on, notice that the maintenance light with the spanner remains illuminated; at this point, turn off the ignition and press the button located under the speedometer (000). A countdown will start, hold the button until the countdown finishes, and then a message will appear on the display (Re-initialisation performed) followed by 0. Now turn off and then turn on the ignition again to verify the reset was successful.
