Injector Rail Disassembly Instructions

Model: Peugeot 206 MK 1 - Years 1998-2012

The injector rail is located just below the intake manifold and is secured to the engine block with bolted plastic tabs; in the video, the disassembly is performed with the engine removed from the vehicle, but the operation can also be easily carried out on the vehicle. Start by disconnecting the fuel supply pipe, which is secured laterally with a push-fit connector (just press the release and pull); then remove the fastening pins of the rail from the engine block and leverage at each injector to extract it from the cylinder head (it is secured by force with O-rings).
