How to Change the Fuel Pump on a Peugeot 306 2.0 HDI

Today, we will see in this brief and simple guide the steps that will allow us to remove and replace the low-pressure fuel pump on the Peugeot 306 2.0 HDI. First, remove the rear seat of the vehicle, gaining access to the fuel pump located underneath; then disconnect the electrical connector of the float, followed by disconnecting the fuel tank line and the supply line, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the fuel pump retaining ring to remove it from the tank; then install the new float pump, as well as its original replacement!
