Replacement of Speed Sensor

Model: Peugeot 206 MK 1 - Years 1998-2012

It is recommended to perform this repair with the engine cold as you will need to place your hands in a somewhat uncomfortable position: the speed sensor is located on the gearbox, on the passenger side, right where the driveshaft exits. Therefore, lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the plastic protective cover from under the engine, and locate the speed sensor; disconnect the connector by pressing on the metal clip, unscrew the fixing pin, pull out the old sensor, and insert the pinion onto the new one, then screw the fixing pin back in and reconnect the connector.

How to Reset the Tyre Pressure Light on the Opel Grandland X

While driving, if you notice the tyre pressure warning light coming on, first check the actual inflation pressure of the tyres and, if necessary, restore the pressures recommended by the manufacturer. After restoring the correct pressures, you need to reset the warning light that has illuminated on the instrument cluster. To do this, locate the reset button on the lower central console. Press this button and hold it down for at least 3 seconds, after which the low pressure indication will turn off.
