In this video tutorial we can see how it is possible to replace the air filter in a Peugeot 107, following a few simple steps: the first thing to do is to buy a new, quality air filter from an authorized dealer. Next step we have to get into the car, turn off the car and apply the handbrake. The air filter in this car can be found inside the engine compartment, so we have to lift the engine hood and secure it with a special rod. Remove the retaining clamps of the air filter breather hose and the inlet hose, use the Clic-R clamp pliers; now we need to slide the filter cover clips and remove the filter box cover. To prevent dust from entering the system, we need to cover the body of the butterfly with a cloth. Remove the old filter element and clean the housing and cover; now we have to insert the new filter element; remove the cloth covering the throttle body and fit the filter cover, then attach it.
