To begin, lift the car with a jack and remove the wheel. Unscrew the bolts, ensuring they are not lost as they will be needed later to fit the new shock absorbers. Once the shock absorber is free, compress it and remove it from its housing. At this point, you can proceed to insert the new shock absorbers.
