This guide provides the main instructions for removing and replacing the cabin fan motor of the Peugeot 308. First, get inside the vehicle and start by removing the steering wheel and its airbag by disconnecting the electrical connector and unscrewing the central screw. Then, remove the plastics underneath and the side ones to access the internal components of the dashboard, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the fan support found inside by unscrewing all the screws and disconnecting the various wiring. Finally, replace the fan with a new one and reassemble everything!
