Resetting the Service Light on a Peugeot 508

When it is time for a maintenance service on the Peugeot 508, a warning message appears on the dashboard. After completing the required operations, you need to reset the control system and turn off the warning.

Sit in the driver's seat, press and hold the button marked "000", turn the ignition key to position one, and you will see a countdown from ten to zero on the central display. Once completed, release the button and turn off the instrument panel.

Turn the panel back on and by pressing "Check" you can verify that the reset has occurred.
