To prevent dirt and dust from entering the air conditioning system of the Peugeot 206, a special filter is provided on the intake, which needs to be replaced periodically to ensure its efficiency. To change it, we open the hood of the engine compartment, at the base of the windshield on the passenger side, where we will find the air intake for the air conditioning system, inside which the filtering element is positioned. We disconnect it from its housing and remove it. We take the new filter (its trapezoid shape helps us in the correct positioning), lock it into its seat, and close the front hood.
