How to reset the BSI unit of the Peugeot 407?

To reset the BSI unit of the Peugeot 407, connect a diagnostic tool to the vehicle's OBD port, which is located at the lower left part of the dashboard relative to the steering column. Once the scanner is connected to the port, select the model of the car in question and its corresponding version: this will allow the unit to be fully reset. After the reset, disconnect the scanner and check that no further errors are displayed on the instrument panel.

How to Open a Stuck Boot on the Peugeot 407?
