The BSI (Body System Interface) is the electronic control unit that manages all the functions of the vehicle, in this case, the Peugeot 407. If it is confirmed to be faulty, proceed with the repair as explained in the video, but if it has malfunctioned due to a sudden power loss, for example, the recommended solution is a reset.

First, locate where it is, which is simple, as it is located alongside the fuse box, under the steering wheel, on the left; then disconnect the connectors attached to it one by one and reconnect them one at a time.

This way, you will clear any potential temporary errors.
