How to Adjust the Adaptive Cruise Control on the Peugeot 308

In this video, you will see how the adaptive cruise control works on the Peugeot 308: by setting the cruise control, the vehicle adjusts its speed according to the car in front. However, it is possible to adjust the radar sensitivity.

To do this, press the top button on the left side of the steering wheel twice: a small menu with three green bars will appear on the right side of the instrument cluster. You will notice that the radar is set to maximum sensitivity by default (and indeed the vehicle starts to brake from a long distance).

If you want more direct control, you can decrease this sensitivity by pressing the same button again: you will see the bars change colour from green to blue; you can experiment to see which setting you prefer.
