In order to replace the headliner of the Peugeot 308, you need to pry with an object to completely detach the door pillars; once these have been removed, you can proceed by also detaching the handles, sun visors, and the interior light fixture. By doing this, you can use an object to pry and detach the headliner, and then open the rear hatch so that it can be removed; after removing the old headliner, you can insert the new one so that it can be installed correctly.
