Removing Instrument Cluster from Porsche 996

Let's see how to remove the instrument cluster from the Porsche 996. Use a lever to remove the plastic caps located at the sides of the instrument cluster cover (without breaking the plastic clips). Unscrew the screws located inside (also at the sides). Detach the instrument cluster, disconnect the power connectors from behind it. After removing the instrument cluster from the dashboard, prepare to install a new part or refit the same one (repair the instrument cluster if necessary). Finally, reverse the steps to install the instrument cluster. Don't forget the cover caps at the sides of the instrument cluster.
