How to Remove the Porsche 911 Convertible Top?

To replace the convertible top of the Porsche 911, lift it to access its internal part: this will allow you to detach the fabric parts that adhere from the inside, enabling access to the actual mechanism of the top. This must be freed from the two motors located at the base; you will also need to disconnect all connectors attached to the motor so that the mechanism can be completely removed. This way, you can insert the new mechanism, connecting it properly and covering everything with the fabric lining.
