How to inspect the transmission fluid of a RAM 1500 with ZF 8HP70 transmission.

In this video we can see how to inspect the transmission fluid of a RAM 1500 with a ZF 8HP70 gearbox: first of all, we need to bring the gearbox fluid to a temperature of at least 40/50°C, then we go under the car (turning it off) and open the cap, where we will place a basin for safety and add some oil to the existing one, using the appropriate nozzle of the package. The filling serves as a level measurement, meaning that when the fluid starts to trickle, this indicates that we have reached the desired level and we can put the cap back in place. Now we just need to check the temperature, which is the desired one, and the job is done.
