How to replace the air filter of the Renault Megane

Today we will explain how to replace the air filter of the Renault Megane on your own. The air filter on this car model is located inside the front hood, so in order to replace the filter we first need to open the hood. To easily remove the filter, it is necessary to remove the solenoid valve by sliding it to the left. Using a long flathead screwdriver, unscrew the two support screws of the flange. Then remove the filter box and proceed with the replacement. Insert the box inside and close the two screws on the cover. Reconnect the solenoid valve and close the hood.
