To change the battery of a Renault Twingo key, start by finding the small slot or button on the back of the key. Use a flathead screwdriver or similar tool to gently pry open the key shell. Once open, locate the battery inside.

Note its orientation, then carefully remove it using the flathead screwdriver. Insert a new battery of the correct type, usually a CR2032, making sure to position it with the correct polarity.

Reassemble the key shell, pressing it gently until you hear a click indicating that it is securely closed. Check that the key works properly by trying to open and close the locks on your Renault Twingo.
