How to change the display light of a Renault Modus

Here's how to change the dashboard light of a Renault Modus: start by removing the radio, using the appropriate keys or very thin screwdrivers inserted into the holes on the sides; remove the electrical connectors and the antenna. Then remove the front panel, levering it with a plastic spatula; here too, we will need to remove the electrical connectors on the back. Now, if we look inside, we see a screw to be removed, which secures the dashboard; in fact, once unscrewed, we can remove the cover. Now unscrew the sealing screw of the display and remove all the rear connectors. Get the 12W bulbs needed to replace the burnt ones inside, which we will need to identify by testing them one by one. Insert the new bulbs, perform a functionality test, and reinsert the panel following the entire procedure in reverse. Now change the bulbs on the air conditioning panel, removing the fixing screws and removing the front: the bulbs are fixed in the white part of the panel: remove them with pliers with long prongs, test them, and replace them if necessary. Put the front of the air panel back and fix it with its screws. Now put back the front panel and the radio and the job is done.
